Data downloadThe automatic coupling and scan testing system provides a 1 (light source) driving 8 (client) mode. Each client has a completely independent coupling function, and after the coupling is completed, it is switched to the test mode. Each client has its own power meter to achieve completely independent testing functions that do not affect each other. The functions of automatic testing, automatic data analysis, automatic data saving, automatic judgment of indicators, etc. are achieved.
After the coupling is completed, the measurement is completely performed by the PC, and the test process can be completed without the participation of the operator, realizing the real automatic testing of BAR.
Ø The system is a 1-drive-8 system for real-time coupling testing. Each system operates simultaneously and monitors 8 machines to enable BAR-FA coupling and synchronous scanning test of 8 machines;
Ø The coupling part includes a 13-axis automatic coupling alignment system. After the first chip alignment is completed, the alignment testing of other remaining chips will be automatically completed;
Ø The test parting realizes the O-band wide-spectrum high-step scan testing, realizes the normalization testing of return loss and optical indicators, and monitors the machines in real time with high consistency and accuracy;
