After the coupling is completed, the measurement is completely performed by the PC, and the test process can be completed without the participation of the operator, realizing the real automatic testing of BAR.
The system is a 1-drive-8 system for real-time coupling testing. Each system operates simultaneously and monitors 8 machines to enable BAR-FA coupling and synchronous scanning test of 8 machines
After the first chip alignment is completed, the alignment testing of other remaining chips will be automatically completed
